Consultations and projects

Garden room consultations and site visits are arranged by appointment. Please provide accurate contact details and reasonable access to your home and garden at the agreed time.

If you need to reschedule, we ask for as much notice as possible so we can adjust our programme accordingly.

Quotations and payment

Garden room projects are quoted individually based on design, materials, and scope. We will confirm your quotation, payment stages, and any variations before work commences.

Payment terms will be agreed with you in writing in advance of construction.

Access and safety

You are responsible for ensuring our team and any coordinated trades can work safely on your property and that any hazards are disclosed in advance. We reserve the right to pause or decline work where conditions are unsafe.

Liability

We take great care on private properties and maintain appropriate insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control.
